The golden ginkgo leaves shimmered under the autumn sun, transforming the campus path into a flowing amber river. During English class, Mr. Allen encouraged us to document meaningful campus moments. Instead of the usual sports events, I chose to record the transformation of this centuries-old tree.

With Lily, my deskmate, we collected fallen leaves shaped like exquisite fans. Each golden surface bore intricate veins – nature's organic calligraphy. When twilight painted the sky rose-gold, the remaining leaves cast elongated shadows resembling ancient hieroglyphs on the asphalt.
